I’m an undergraduate at the University of Virginia’s College of Arts and Sciences majoring in History and Statistics. I’m an aspiring humanist with a passion for storytelling, which I’m told is also a liberal arts placeholder to say I’m still figuring out what I want to do.
I have an interest in modern history, specifically life under socialism as well as its fall. As my other major suggests, I also do some math in my quantitative side, especially appreciating the beauty of data. In my free time, I enjoy literature and debate, follow soccer and other sports, as well as do occasional graphic design.
I was born and raised in Bangkok (Krungthep, meaning “City of Angels”) and have lived there for my whole life before crossing the Pacific to Charlottesville VA for college.
